TP Agency provides missed-call recovery, AI-assisted customer communication and related automation services for businesses. The exact scope of each engagement is agreed per client.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are "from" prices, exclusive of VAT. The final price depends on business type, call volume and the complexity of the setup, and is confirmed in a written quote or agreement.
Demos and communication
Booking a demo is free and does not create any obligation to purchase. Information shared during a demo is treated confidentially.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information used to configure their setup, and for reviewing and approving automated messages before going live.
No guarantees
TP Agency helps businesses respond faster and follow up missed leads. Results depend on factors outside our control, such as call volume and customer behaviour, and are therefore not guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TP Agency is not liable for indirect damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in the month in which the event occurred.
Term and termination
Subscription terms and notice periods are agreed per client in the service agreement.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
